After having a recent conversation with my business coach about why I do what I do, she encouraged me to get vulnerable and put this out to everyone. If you have ever wondered why I am a photographer specializing in senior pictures, the short version is: I like helping people feel seen.

I get to experience something truly magical behind the camera. I watch each client start nervous and end feeling confident and proud. I get to witness the walls coming down, and people come alive. That’s what I love most about being a photographer. My goal isn’t just to take beautiful pictures; it’s to help you feel seen, confident, and celebrated for exactly who you are.

I’m especially passionate about working with high school seniors because senior year is such a unique tim. It's an in-between season where childhood is slipping away, but adulthood isn’t quite here yet. It’s exciting and full of possibilities, but it can also feel overwhelming and uncertain. You’re standing at the edge of something new, with a million questions about what where you're going next and what does life have in store for you. While that unknown can be intimidating, it’s also full of strength, resilience, and the kind of growth that shapes you. I remember that feeling well, and I know how important it is to have moments where you feel grounded, valued, and celebrated. That’s why I do what I do. I want to be a bright spot in this season, someone who reminds seniors that they are enough, just as they are, and that this moment in their life deserves to be captured.

Teenagers don’t always get the recognition they deserve. They’re can feel overlooked and undervalued. But I see them. I see their creativity, resilience, and individuality. My sessions aren’t just about taking photos; they’re about creating an experience where my seniors can feel special, validated, and truly proud of who they are becoming. For one day, they get to be the star of their own story, and I love being the person who helps them see just how amazing they are. I see you, I recognize you, I value you.

Beyond senior picture photography, I also have a deep love for capturing couples and fantasy-inspired portraits. There’s something so special about the connection between two people in love. I get to witness the beautiful moments: the little glances, the laughter, the way they just fit together. I love documenting those moments in a way that feels natural and true to each couple’s unique story. And when it comes to fantasy photography, I get to tap into pure creativity and imagination. Whether it’s fairytale-inspired, whimsical, or something straight out of a storybook, I love bringing a vision to life and creating images that feel like stepping into another world.
